Section 20 – Shipping Agreement
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
If pickup is required, we will notify the customer of any applicable charges.
For orders under 150 lbs:
- Customers must ensure all shipping charges are covered.
For orders over 150 lbs:
- Customers may arrange pickup at their own expense, or
- Schedule Less Than Truckload (LTL) or Full Truckload (FTL) freight shipping at their expense.
Most orders are shipped within approximately 3–7 business days, though shipping times are not guaranteed.
For LTL and FTL shipments, shipping timelines depend on the agreed pickup date between the freight forwarder and us.
Once an order has shipped:
- The shipment must be accepted upon delivery and not rejected.
- Rejected shipments may incur return shipping costs at the customer’s expense.
If a customer intentionally declines shipment for up to 30 days after payment without prior agreement from us:
- The customer forfeits rights to the products
- A 50% non-refundable restocking fee may apply
We are not a storage facility. Purchased inventory must be shipped or restocked at the customer’s expense.
Once an order ships, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. We may provide tracking, photo proof, or video proof of shipment handoff.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your shipment.
